Pino Nero has found a perfect habitat in the Oltrepo Pavese and boasts 1st position for both quality and quantity of the grapes. The must obtained through a soft pressing is cooled to 10ƒ and left to rest for24 hours. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in pressurized, temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine obtained is aged in stainless steel tanks for about 6 months.
